Documentation: add inspector connection info for iOS

Finally got this working for me when I stopped using Nightly to try to connect. Adding info on how to connect to our repo.

Please reject this PR if there are parts of this that are not clearly worded - would love to make sure this is helpful for us, whenever the next time we need it is.

Merging this even with 3 failed tests, as the tests are all code-based, and this PR is just a documentation PR. The linters passed, which are the important checks for this PR.
