In rare cases we need to bootstrap anonymous replicas into cluster.
Anonymous replicas are just like normal replicas, but they are bootstrapped with
replication_anon=trueandread_only=truewith nullinstance_uuidandreplicaset_uuid. So all of this 4 paramaters must be configured accordingly.User cannot switch normal replica to anonymous, neither through reload nor through restart
