no, guys. moonlibs/config should not support 3.0 for several reasons:

  1. vanila builtin tarantool/config for 3.0 is partially inspired by moonlibs/config and did much more for tarantool configuration than moonlibs/config will ever do
  2. if you need support to migrate from moonlibs/config to tarantool/config let's discuss it separately and maybe provode mechanism for migration
