Description

This pull request updates staking configuration parameters for different networks in the variables.yml file. The most important changes involve adjustments to the minimum candidate stake and the maximum number of candidates allowed for staking.

Staking parameter changes:

• Increased max_candidates from 7 to 8 for one network, allowing more candidates to participate.
• Decreased min_can_stk from 500,000 to 100,000 and min_can_stk_wei from 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 to 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for another network, lowering the barrier to entry for candidates.
• Decreased max_candidates from 66 to 64 for the same network, slightly reducing the number of candidates allowed.
