Modernizes the Monk templates in this repo:
paths:/${monk-volume-path}binds → runnable-levelvolumes:(kind: local) + containermounted-volumes:; dead*-volume-namevars removed. Runnables inheritingpostgresql/dbre-pointed topostgresql/db-v17(backward compatible).publish: truekept on user-facing web endpoints (host-port retained), removed from DB/storage/broker/inter-service.Analyzer-clean (no new errors). Local prep for review.
