Add a visual repository map to Contribute

Summary

• add a top-level repository map alongside the contribution feed
• correlate recorded update sources, live mains, working files, and active contribution branches without fetching remotes
• keep source-delta and contribution state separate, with filters and explicit restart/unavailable states

This is layer 1 of the Contribute app stack and uses the companion platform source-status service.
