The
debian/controlexplicitly claims to require(fake)rootfor producing thedeb. However, there is no obvious needs for root (chownandinstall -o/-gbeing the usual suspects) and a rebuild in a Debian unstable has the build succeeding withRules-Requires-Root: no.
