ipforensics v0.9

Version 0.9 is the first public release of ipforensics and includes precompiled binaries for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.

Features

Included in this release are the following features:

• capture packets from a network interface (requires administrative privileges)
• read packets from a pcap file
• extract IPv4 and IPv6 hosts from IPv4 traffic, IPv6 traffic and ARP requests
• specify the number of packets to read or capture
• display detailed packet information
