Shutdown Timer

New features :

• settings window now has tabs - Set Timer, Wake Up Time, Settings

Settings:

• change position off applet - left, center, right
• User is able to turn on/off notifications
• Time can be hidden in gnome-panel when timer is not active
• Shorcuts were moved to this tab

Wake Up Time:

• Feature allow user to put his computer to sleep and wake up on selected time

• user is prompted for administrator password via pkexec

• features depends on rtcwake command

• tested on Gnome 3.16, 3.22
