Honestly I think we should consider just removing most of vcpkg-tool's readme content...

We have decided to take the same approach in this repo as we did with the registry repo and let the Learn platform handle translation of the README file. There's a PR to move the text in the README to the vcpkg-docs (MicrosoftDocs/vcpkg-docs#396). |
