facebook/react-native#47033 as part of bumping folly , upstream bumped fmt from 10.1.0 to 11.0.2
To be in match with upstream , we need to bump fmt as well

Updating to fmt 11.0.2
Also removing current workaround of temp file for core.h as the fix is included in the latest version
