This test was problemlisted on Linux and macOS in JDK-8359972 - Problem list TestStaticCallStub until JDK-8359963 is fixed. It should be problemlisted on Windows AArch64 as well since it's failing with the same error - java.lang.RuntimeException: for code cache > 250MB the static call stub is expected to be implemented using far branch
