oh sorry I did not see this substring error first time. I've seen one other person hit this now. The issue, if you hit show details, points to a creator kit component. That user posted this: microsoft/powercat-creator-kit#501

Can you please tell me, what region your envt is in as well as its type? This can be found in the product admin pages: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

ok can you please add your repro to this bug? microsoft/powercat-creator-kit#501
Just note that you repro, and then your type, region and release cycle (Early).

I dont repro in my Europe region or in my preview region but hopefully the creator kit folks can address.
In the meantime, the other person who repro'd this did not see issues with the rest of the setup wizard so thats great news, you can progress.
This screen typically shows you the following so you will want to manually validate your licenses for example.

Can you please share a screenshot like this so we can see what solutions you have installed in this environment? Be sure to show all records (all rows) and expand the indicated columns so that we can see full names

Can you please check to see if you have unmanaged layers on the page shown? I ask because that is the error message we saw before we did the work to fix up the kit for some changes to the way the product expected changes to env vars. Which we fixed in Sept release 4.43

Did these three flows run and pass?

  • Admin | Sync Template v3 (Connectors)
  • Admin | Sync Template v3 Configure Emails
  • Admin | Sync Template v3 CoE Solution Metadata

If so, find all three of these flows in the table shown, and set their LastRun date to tomorrow and their LastRunPassed to yes

They are turned on but in the run history is no entry.

ok I've seen an issue in the past where the product call used here does not return all flows temporarily.

If you go to the latest run of Admin | Sync Template v3 CoE Solution Metadata, can you see how many flows are returned?

I've had this hit a test environment or me one time and its slowly repaired itself. It may be if you run it again today it will return all.
Can you try?
