Purpose

This pull request adds a new documentation file that provides step-by-step guidance for deploying the Conversation Knowledge Mining Solution Accelerator when working with limited Azure OpenAI quota. The document explains the default quota requirements, offers two approaches for adapting the deployment to lower quotas, and details configuration steps and performance considerations.

Deployment guidance for limited quota:

  • Added documents/DeployWithLimitedQuota.md with instructions for deploying when Azure OpenAI quota is below default requirements, including recommended steps for modifying or removing quota validation in infra/main.bicep.
  • Included configuration steps for setting environment variables to match available quota, ensuring the deployment process aligns with your service limits.
  • Provided performance considerations and recommendations to maintain optimal application performance when operating with reduced TPM limits.

Additional resources and rationale:

  • Linked to related documentation for further deployment, customization, and quota management guidance.
  • Explained the reason for quota validation and the necessity of adjusting thresholds for successful deployment within quota constraints.

Does this introduce a breaking change?
