* Use the same (default) event loop as the server worker and parent groups. This is usually preferable anyway, and is documented as such in netty. It also makes transport config simpler. * Instead of having an EventLoopGroupConfiguration under the `micronaut.server` key, only add an event loop name there. All event loop config now happens through the `micronaut.netty.event-loops` key.
