Remove the commented-out DefaultLightSheetManager class and other commented-out code from the model.
Restore the playlist's AcquisitionTableData field in LightSheetManager, so the model holds the playlist data.
Default the SCAPE settings to the SCAPE stage angle, so a saved profile with no angle opens at 50° like a new install, instead of 45°.
