[FEATURE]: Distribute an OSS Google Chat adapter for AURA #753

Description

@charlesjohnson

Summary

Outcome

A user can deploy the supported open-source Google Chat adapter, provide their Google Chat configuration and credentials, and interact with a self-hosted AURA deployment from Google Chat without writing integration code or requiring Mezmo-hosted infrastructure.

Scope

  • Distribute the Google Chat adapter as an open-source repository.
  • Support direct messages and supported space interactions.
  • Map Google Chat conversations to AURA sessions through the shared adapter contract.
  • Support a customer-managed public HTTPS endpoint for receiving Google Chat events.
  • Make deployment configuration-driven, including Google Chat credentials and the target AURA endpoint.
  • Keep the Google-specific integration layer separate from AURA's core agent runtime.
  • Keep AURA private by allowing the public Google Chat adapter endpoint to communicate with AURA over the customer’s internal network.

Out of Scope

  • Google Workspace Marketplace distribution.
  • Mezmo-hosted ingress or workspace routing.
  • Native managed installation or administration through the Mezmo commercial platform.
