[BUG]: CLI HITL approval modal unaware of approval timeout #303

Summary

Using the CLI with HITL configured, the modal approval dialog remains open after the approval timeout has passed. After the timeout has expired, AURA will continue working, but the CLI UI remains blocked by the modal. Once the modal has closed, the CLI will output all the pending events at once.

Reproduction

1. Configure AURA with conversational HITL using a short time
2. Using the CLI, get AURA to prompt for HITL
3. Let the timeout expire in the UI
4. Nothing apparently happens but AURA continues working after the timeout.
