on Jun 11, 2026 Reconciliation gate satisfied 2026-07-17. The three claude-code audit docs (docs/internal/streaming-buffer-audit, sse-channel-audit, otel-exporter-audit) and the opencode overflow audit reconcile to 22 distinct risks; the conflicting R-numbering between the two sessions is resolved in the process.
Fixed: force_flush deadlock (PR #102), span event name overflow (PR #124).
Partially fixed: tool.call.result and turn.prompt/response still bypass the recording-layer content gate (PR #124's 64KB cap is export-only), and expand_messages has no per-message count cap.

Open and unfiled: persistence mutex contention, tool-event broker cap-32 stall, orchestrator channel cap-100 stall, heartbeat congestion blind spot, span attribute limit default, BatchSpanProcessor defaults, rmcp notification task pile-up, progress.message size, oneshot response buffering.All five tracked tickets got verification comments with code cites today. #110 remains the one open dependency.
