Outcome

Known defects do not block supported production workflows or make their results unsafe or misleading.

Entry criteria

An issue belongs in this epic only when it reproducibly:

• Prevents a supported production workflow from completing.
• Corrupts or loses required results or state.
• Reports success for failed work.
• Creates unsafe execution behavior.
• Makes production diagnosis unusable because critical status or telemetry is wrong or missing.

General debt, speculative improvements, benchmark work, and minor defects belong elsewhere.

Completion criteria

• The production failure is reproduced before the fix.
• The affected workflow succeeds after the fix.
• A regression or integration test prevents recurrence.
• Any operational recovery or compatibility impact is documented.
