a first test improvement
reordered to have an explanation about authors first, their roles *then* about author credits. which i feel fits better ordered-ly.
Perhaps as an introductionary text entry on the "entities" overview page that itself [TOC] links to all the other entity pages
update terminology, and link pages
Previously I wanterd more control over naming and order of menu items, but this requires manual modifications for each new or renamed file. Unsustainable. Revert to automatic menu Also adds the footnote python-markdown extension to parse and display footnotes that have been added.
Not actually part of the guidelines, are they? Also removed basically empty index page for reference section
