This PR removes the intermediate "nodes" folder in the hierarchy. Instead of having:
- meshroom
-- nodes
--- DepthEstimation
---- __init__.py
---- DepthEstimation.py

We now have:
- meshroom
-- DepthEstimation
--- __init__.py
--- DepthEstimation.py.

This follows the hierarchy example that is introduced in alicevision/AliceVision#1845.
