Follow up to #39416.
The page currently presents an incomplete example and refers to https://github.com/mdn/dom-examples/blob/main/insert-adjacent/insertAdjacentElement.html for the complete runnable example. There's no reason this entire example can't be in the page.
I also made some changes to the code to make it more concise and expressive, and use modern syntax like arrow functions and template literals.
