What this PR does
This PR adds a new section to the README.md explaining how beginners can run the project locally on their computers. The section includes:
index.htmlfile in a browserWhy this is important
The project is aimed at complete beginners learning HTML and CSS. Previously, the README did not explain how to preview the website locally. This addition makes the project more beginner-friendly and helps learners get started without confusion.
Additional Notes
No code changes were made — this is a documentation-only improvement.
