Also get rid of RenderContext.h/.cpp files and now redundant CRenderGlobal_Instance.

TODO:

cleanup xmake file (should be able to build CMake directly in some way, having more clean inclusion of headers...)
switch RED4ext to master once Add SSwapChainData and fix mistakes in former PR wopss/RED4ext.SDK#167 is merged
utilize more fields from SSwapChainData
