I thought about this way, but i saw that some folks wanted to be able to use Mongo (the official ruby driver from 10gen) with Mongoid 3. I'll investigate this further later. |

I don't believe it is possible to use Moped with 2.x, so you could possibly use |

from regex to checking what constants are defined: Moped for 3.x, and Mongo for 2.x
