Portable Windows x64 build of opentrack master with the Constant auto-center
patch from PR #2186 applied (see the repo README for details).

Unzip anywhere, run opentrack.exe. No installer.

Not tested against real TrackIR5 hardware (I don't own one) - built and
patch-verified only. If you try it with TrackIR5 (see docs/trackir5-setup.md
for the bridge setup) or any other tracker, open an issue with what worked
or didn't.
