Environment variables

• TEDOK_DB_NAME: name of the database
• TEDOK_DB_USER: username of the database
• TEDOK_DB_PASSWORD: password of the database
• WORKING_ENV_TEDOK: define whether environment is 'dev' or 'prod' (value by default)
• EMAIL_PASSWORD: password of the email account
