The Eddie monitor's nightly planned power window (04:00-06:00) fires a DOWN/UP pair every day, so high-priority pushes would be routine noise. Applied live via addNotification on notification id 2 and read back (ntfyPriority 3, ntfyPriorityDown 3); this syncs the doc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
