My initial motivation was to lock the definition of
fun_of_fsfun(because of a performance issue in multinomials). Before doing so, I wanted to port the existing code to a modern locking mechanism such asHB.lock. However, I didn't manage to do so because the locked definitions often take the key as their parameter.While attempting to do so, I found that finmap still uses the phantom type. This PR removes most of them.
