record-published-release misses tag-push release runs unless --event push is given #34286

Observed
In a maintained non-aidevops repo whose release workflow runs on a push of a vX.Y.Z tag (on: push: tags:), after a verified merge and a successful tag-push release run whose head_sha equals the merge SHA:
full-loop-helper.sh record-published-release <PR> vX.Y.Z <owner/repo> --workflow release.yml
[ERROR] No successful release run of workflow release.yml found for <merge_sha>
[ERROR] Cannot record release:published: release, tag, and successful release workflow evidence do not match PR #<PR>
Adding --event push recorded it at once:
full-loop-helper.sh record-published-release <PR> vX.Y.Z <owner/repo> --workflow release.yml --event push
[SUCCESS] release:published recorded for merged PR #<PR> (tag=vX.Y.Z)
The run's API record: event: push, head_branch: vX.Y.Z, conclusion: success, path: .github/workflows/release.yml.
Change
Either default record-published-release to look for runs of the named workflow with head_branch == TAG across push and release/workflow_dispatch events (keeping the exact head_sha check), or, when no run is found for the default event, say in the error which events exist for that SHA and suggest --event push.
Files: .agents/scripts/full-loop-helper.sh (the record-published-release path and its helper library, found with rg -n "record-published-release|No successful release run" .agents/scripts), and the Manual releases paragraph of .agents/scripts/commands/full-loop.md / workflows/release.md if the default changes.
Verification
In a repo with a tag-push release workflow, record-published-release PR TAG REPO --workflow release.yml without --event records release:published (or prints the --event push hint), and a mismatched SHA still fails.

Implementation: retain the release-event default and add exact-workflow, exact-SHA event diagnostics on missing release runs; suggest --event push only for a successful matching tag-push run. Verification: ShellCheck and the existing completion-evidence suite, including mismatched-SHA rejection.

Implemented exact-workflow/exact-SHA missing-release diagnostics and a matching tag-push retry hint without changing publication verification defaults. Added five focused regression cases. ShellCheck, affected command-path cases, and push-hook typecheck passed. Full local verification remains blocked by the runner missing Python yaml in the unchanged workflow section; this draft is a durable checkpoint, not ready for merge.
aidevops.sh v3.39.0 plugin for OpenCode v1.18.34 with gpt-6.1-sol spent 6m and 66,336 tokens on this as a headless worker.
