This is an experimental project type that consists in comparing polygon geometries from two different sources (i.e. a GeoJSON with polygon geometries provided by the project manager vs. existing OSM geometries) and deciding which one of the geometries is more accurate. It is an extension of the existing Validate project type.
This PR is a draft and not intended to be merged into dev at the moment.
