Also note that the builds are failing because of the new eslint rules I added. All the original tests are passing. Also think that this should actually be merged into |

I didn't remove the
standardpackage configuration. Instead I added community recommended standards that do not conflict with the project's current ones.I also refactored the
index.jslogic to its own file for increased modularity.
