These artifacts are very old versions of OpenBLAS that have CVEs filed against them... causing MadNLPPardiso to appear as currently vulnerable to JLSEC-2025-6. As far as I can tell, these artifacts aren't actually referenced by the source or used at all. I suspect the Artifacts.toml can just be removed entirely.
