Changes RFP-003 (Atomic Swaps) so the maker's external price feed mode sources prices from another Logos module via its C API, instead of a REST API.
Only Functionality requirement #8 named REST, so that is the single substantive edit. The other price-feed mentions (Functionality #9, Usability #2) are generic and stay as-is.
