Summary

Makes the landing page read faster in the first 5 seconds and fixes a responsive hero bug.

Hero

• Added a 3-beat mechanic strip under the pitch — catch it with /mumbl → shape the useful part → publish a team read — so the actual flow is legible without scrolling
• Capped the headline size so it isn't billboard-scale on large monitors / cramped on small laptops

De-duplication

• Removed the redundant "what mumbl does" section (it duplicated the new hero strip almost word-for-word) and deleted its now-dead .dump-layer-* CSS
• Dropped the repeated "no channel history" line from the hero (kept the proof pill)

Responsive fix

• Fixed the hero collapsing into a ~43%-wide column with empty space beside it between 1041–1180px — the single-column direct hero was inheriting the old two-column .landing-hero grid rules
• Hid the decorative grid box on the single-column hero
