The video_publisher and video_subscriber launch files play a camera topic from a bag into one ROS Portal and view the republished CompressedImage in Foxglove on the other side. docs/tutorials.md walks through the setup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
