This PR adds a "Description" field to Web App manager, allowing users to set custom descriptions for their web apps. This closes issue #313.
The placeholder text for the Description is "Web App". "Web App" is treated as no description to the Web Apps Manager. If no description is provided on create or edit, "Web App" is written to the desktop file. This is current state today.
After adding a description, it is written out to the desktop file and visible in the desktop environment.
