This bumps swc_core to 0.106.3.
This is tested with Next 15.0.0

Not sure why the "test publish" action is failing, as building does seem to work locally

Could not find this version (and previous as well) in the compatibility site, created the issue swc-project/website#273

Yeah, I noticed the compatibility site not updating after a certain canary version.
I ended up manually checking the package.json for Next.

I reverted rust toolchain, have no idea why it was bumped. It seems it builds with existing version without issue.

swc_core at some point bumped the rust toolchain, so i did as well.
This according to the https://github.com/lingui/swc-plugin/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#rust-version documentation

SWC uses nightlies internally, but it does seem that 2024-07-21 and 1.80 is pretty much the same release
swc-project/swc#9319
