General drift Electron task for MC
Require Parameters: W value, Drift velocity, Transeverse and Longitudinal diffusion coefficient, and TBTime

This task have conducted as below steps:

  1. Check whether MCStep 3-d position is in detector boundary or not
  2. Convert MCStep position from Geant coordinate (Global) to DetectorPlane coordinate (Local)
  3. Check whether position is in detector plane boundary or not
  4. Generate cluster electrons with W value and step's energy
  5. Calculate the drift electron data as diffusion position and time bucket along the DetectorPlane's drift axis
  6. Make electron avalanches using gain fluctuation functions
  7. Save data
