This PR adds the ifuse tool, with a dependency on Dokany. Issue libimobiledevice-win32/imobiledevice-net#117
It does require the user to also install Dokany: https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany/releases
Based on hooby3dfx's fork (hooby3dfx/ifuse@ec06194)
Happy to make another PR for libimobiledevice-win32/ifuse if you want to go ahead with this merge :)
