This lib exposes the Speex resampler to NodeJS. It uses N-API, cmake and node-addon-api.
From speex creator, the design goals of the resampler are:
- Very fast algorithm
- SIMD-friendly algorithm
- Low memory requirement
- Good perceptual quality (and not best SNR)
