First release candidate for Version 1.2

A pre-release for 1.2. Most notably this release brings a completely refreshed UI, updating it to the latest GNOME 45 HIG. Huge thanks to @turtlegarden for making this possible!
To test it you can grab the latest artifact flatpak bundle from the GitHub actions or download it from the flathub-beta repo as soon as it's online.
