If a single host registered with two distinct names at the same service, the cache prevented the second one from being updated.
This allows to use a customized location for the file, which is in particular useful when setting a systemd service with `DynamicUser=yes`. See also https://www.gnu.org/software/inetutils/manual/html_node/The-_002enetrc-file.html
