.env.example had wrong env variable names.

the tutorial asks for

os.environ["OPENAI_API_KEY"] = ""
os.environ["LANGSMITH_API_KEY"] = ""
os.environ["LANGSMITH_TRACING"] = "true"
os.environ["LANGSMITH_PROJECT"] = "langsmith-academy"

but the .env.example has LANGCHAIN_API_KEY. the tutorial fails to log silently without the correct api key.

I see now later in the tutorial, you use the LANGCHAIN_API_KEY. perhaps the .env.example file should have spots for both langsmith and langchain api keys.
