The latest release of sqliteviz is running on Github pages.
Basically, you don't need to install sqliteviz. But if you want you can install it and use it as a regular desktop application with the following steps:
- Open sqliteviz with Chrome browser
- At the top right of the address bar, click
Install - Confirm installation
