I've reordered some things, but mostly I've just removed some references to "summary rearrangement" of the codebase, and removed what was an increasingly old list of why this is better than `python-labthings`. The useful bits are preserved on readthedocs, which is prominently linked to.

I've updated the readme (the Developer Notes section was getting out of date). I've removed the big comparison with
python-labthingsas I'm not sure it's helpful, and I've removed the reference to "summary rearrangement" of the codebase: I think we are done with all the major chopping around, there are many things still to improve but those can be done gradually.This is mostly a PR to do a version bump prior to releasing v0.0.12.
