I have the follow prek/pre-commit config:
repos:
- repo: https://github.com/kynan/nbstripout
rev: 0.8.2
hooks:
- id: nbstripout
args: [--drop-empty-cells]
- repo: https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit-hooks
rev: v6.0.0
hooks:
- id: mixed-line-ending
args: [--fix=lf]
Which works fine on Ubuntu but when I tried it on Windows nbstripout would start adding carriage returns to my Jupyter notebooks and pre-commit-hooks would remove them again in an endless cycle.
Could you add some config option to specify a preferred line ending in nbstripout - or some other way to break the deadlock so I can use just lf endings on Windows?
