What this PR does / why we need it:
Currently,
imagePullSecretsdeployment setting is defined twice on both azuredisk controller and linux node component.We've recently introduced a strict k8s manifests validation in our environment and the azuredisk-csi-diver helm chart is failing the manifest validation because of this duplicated key.
