The common library previously located in kubeflow/kubeflow has been removed and moved to kubeflow/notebooks. This PR updates the Models Web Application to consume the common library from its new location.

As a first step please fix the failing tests.

Actually that will fail because I have updated the commit as per the notebooks repo

thanks for the PR @alokdangre, I'll take a look after my exams are done, meanwhile you can update the tests too so that it works with the new repo.
